Chatime addiction and Mizuya $1 Green Tea Icecream

Not gonna lie, I don’t really have anything interesting to say in this blog in particular – but just curious to know IF ANYONE ELSE IS FINDING THEMSELVES ADDICTED TO CHATIME TOO? (Easyway schmeasyway.)

What’s your poison? Mine is Jasmine Green Milk Tea with Grass Jelly. Such a mouthful. Too many adjectives or something. I always stare at its entry on the menu right up until it’s my turn at the cashier, because otherwise I will invariably mess the order up.

(I have ordering anxiety.)

The other exciting thing lately was getting a Mizuya $1 Green Tea icecream cone! Passed by the sign a bunch of times, but never went in. Well CARPE DIEM!

Mizuya is a big shiny, relatively new karaoke/eatery opposite the cinemas on George St. $1 green tea icecream is takeaway only, and only available before 5:30pm – after which I imagine they are too busy herding drunken karaoke patrons through their labyrinthine corridors.

I don’t know why, but I really love this sign. It’s like they can read our minds.

A thing of beauty.

On receiving her icecream cone, Zay very eloquently declared that McDonald’s could stick their boring soft-serve up their arses.

I must admit, I kind of love chatime & easyway but when it come down to the honest truth (I am a healthy blogger afterall), I’d rather skip it. honestly though, I don’t avoid what want so yes, I’ll order my green tea with mango & passionfruir plus pearls once a week because I’m obsessed. my healthy brain tried to order an unsweetened green tea with pearls & I nearly died. the additives make these drinks so I’m limiting myself.

wow, yes. I’m obsessed with bubble teas too

OH MY GOSH. I am absolutely obsessed with CHATIME. There was a deal recently on deals.com.au or something where I could get large drinks for $2!! Needless to say, I took advantage of that!! XD I really like their Taro Milk Tea with Pearls, and anything with matcha in it!! The roasted milk teas are really good too ^O^

Haven’t tried Chatime yet, there’s always a big queue! I saw that green tea soft serve cone the other day but decided to avoid the extra calories. Now that you’ve posted the real-life pic I’m not sure I’ll be able to resist next time.

There is always a huge queue isn’t there! But luckily they work really fast – I’ve never had to wait too long.

Yess… I’ll definitely be going back to get an icecream cone next time I pass by.
